Got my moderna booster 2 days ago...feel like shyt today. Aches, chills. Don't want to move. Daughter wants to play every board game we have:beli:

Isn't 48hrs later too long for side effects?

Had Pfizer before

I think they recommend that you don't mix your vaccine shots, if you previously got Pfizer then stick with that. Why didn't you get Pfizer?

So out of curiosity, how much do you spend a month for work commute. Include parking, gas, charges.

I work remote again now so zero :mjlit:

previously
Parking 7 x 5 = 35
Presto both ways 6.50 x 5 = 32.50
Gas lets say 20 a week

so around 88 dollars or 352 a month

but i work remote now so zero

I ask because I wonder if people that work in the downtown core but live in the burbs can save money by paying extra to rent/purchase a condo in the downtown core instead.

The money they dish out for the commute is substantial.

Yeah once I was living in Pickering and did the math and turned out I wasn’t saving any money so moved right back downtown.

It would only makes sense if you have little ones, and you want them out of the downtown core to live near a community (Church, Mosque...and whatnot).

Funny you say that cuz another reason I moved back downtown was cuz my kid was getting too soft and entitled so I moved downtown for him to see real life, the glamour and the struggle. It’s helped him immensely. He’s way more thoughtful, aware, street smart and confident.
