If its the lockdown that got u pressed then u should consider moving somewhere else in the country instead of leaving altogether. Im not sure on this but i heard vancouver barely got restrictions.

that’s a dope house but it irks my soul to think of paying that much for a house and still have neighbors within a stone’s throw distance and such little yard...that’s exactly why I left NYC years ago...I don’t want to have to deal with that congested living ever again

One of my close friends makes 97,000 a year credit score high 700s, all they could qualify for is a 450k mortgage
He could be 1milly home with that salary and credit in america

I look at a lot of stuff. The economics of Canada doesn't make sense.
Where in Canada can you go? There's no boom. You will see things recover after covid, but overall it's stagnant.
Real Estate, Retirement, Salaries, Roads, Public Transit, Education, Gov. Workers, Health care, etc. The list goes on.
Things ain't making sense here.
