I'm curious to know what the splits are on the ratings. I'd like to see a venn diagram on it. I'm sure that most wwe fans are watching ufc as well. I'm no huge fan but we watched the mcgregor fight last night. Would've watched more of the card if takeover wasn't on. Like what I'm trying to say is that I'm sure most wrestling fans already check out the ufc ppvs also. I don't know if the casual ufc fans that watch every show and follow ufc, if they are watching wwe or atleast the network events. Anyone here active in both tsc and the ring? I might check out the ring if there's a big ufc or boxing match but not check in there as a casual fan like in here. I'm just wondering what percentage of the fan base watches both (whether casually or seriously) and which watch just their preferred brand. I think atleast 50% of wwe fans watch ufc and that's cuz wwe has more little kids so they may not watch ufc much. Although I was watching Ken shamrock matches as an eight year old so who knows.

I think there's a good number of fans who watch both WWE and UFC, but I don't think it's more than 50%. The WWE target audience is far different than the UFC's target audience. I think you'll see wrestling fans occasionally tuning into the UFC, but you'll never see MMA fans casually tuning into wrestling. I mean you saw the backlash the MMA community had when CM Punk was automatically granted a UFC fight on a major event with no prior fighting experience.

It did look like orton legit hurt him with the ddt, but at least that first punch from brock def did land and hard. I saw that and was like

go back and watch the ddt....orton gave a little hesitation move to let brock know it was coming. Brock caught most of it with his right hand....didn't look to me liked his head hit

All we were missing a 20 man battle royal goddamn WWE then add in all the extra promos I was ready to tap out after the Ambrose/Ziggler stinker and noticed there was still 4 matches left on the card

for them to use the phrase TKO sounds like they're trying to pimp Brocks UFC history.

They did a ref stoppage with Owens and Zayn at NXT not too long ago. Winning by TKO used to be an option in the video games. They had a wrestler before who used to win by TKO, I forget who was getting that push, it might have been Rodney Mack when he was doing the White Boy challenge. Its not unheard of. Maybe they did it because of UFC but it's not a new finish.

Add the fact that no finisher is sacred anymore and the expectation of 15 false finishes I'd be bored and out of it too you see one WWE match you seen em all mostly.

I swear Styles could wrestle fukking Jey Uso Tuesday and I would be stunned if Uso didn't kick out of a Styles clash.

That Rusev/Reigns shyt was so unnecessary had me thinking RU RU got popped for Wellness the way they wrote that. That could've easily been put in the early part of the show that shyt was so pointless at that part of the show.
