Already watching this AJ/Cena piffery for the 3rd time, not on purpose though. First time live, 2nd time because brehs missed it who came over, 3rd time now as I have it on the background while getting some last minute work done.

Crowd was on fire. AJ the Gawd. Best in the E right now, hands down! :whew:

WWE Title, then gonna crip walk repping that blue over to Raw and snatch that Universal strap from Balor :takedat:

Give AJ the fukking strap and bring Joe to Smackdown we need AJ vs Joe later in the year. AJ vs Orton will be dope too

How did they manage to fukk this up lol. The placement was all kinds of fukked up. AJ v. Cena was bound to be lit but they put it 4th nikka :dahell:

That match should have been the closer or 2nd to last before crowning Finn.

The Brock and Orton bullshyt finish could have been in the middle of the show. Rusev/Reigns should have been near the beginning.

Sasha and Charlotte shouldn't have been second.

You're supposed to build the card from the bottom up. It's okay to open hot with Enzo/Cass and Jericho/Owens

They should have went

Enzo/Cass vs. Jericho/Owens

The Miz vs. Apollo Crews

Rusev vs. Reigns

Charlotte vs. Sasha

Brock vs. Orton

Women's tag match

Tag titles match

Dean vs. Ziggler

Cena vs. AJ

Finn vs. Rollins

Tell me that wouldn't have been better. Come on it's common sense :francis:

Thought of this whole shyt and didn't even watch that match, huh?
I watched it multiple times, one of my all time favs. He never submitted, a TKO is an acceptable result.

Plus the matches in Brock's 1st run where he left nikkas there w out pinning them.

He's a draw for the UFC because he attracts wrestling fans to come out and watch the UFC product & buy the PPVs to see him. However, it doesn't work the other way around. MMA fans who don't watch wrestling despise it with a passion. The WWE will never get those fans to watch, even if Lesnar is there.
I'm curious to know what the splits are on the ratings. I'd like to see a venn diagram on it. I'm sure that most wwe fans are watching ufc as well. I'm no huge fan but we watched the mcgregor fight last night. Would've watched more of the card if takeover wasn't on. Like what I'm trying to say is that I'm sure most wrestling fans already check out the ufc ppvs also. I don't know if the casual ufc fans that watch every show and follow ufc, if they are watching wwe or atleast the network events. Anyone here active in both tsc and the ring? I might check out the ring if there's a big ufc or boxing match but not check in there as a casual fan like in here. I'm just wondering what percentage of the fan base watches both (whether casually or seriously) and which watch just their preferred brand. I think atleast 50% of wwe fans watch ufc and that's cuz wwe has more little kids so they may not watch ufc much. Although I was watching Ken shamrock matches as an eight year old so who knows.

The bell rang before the ref called the match, that's the biggest indicator that the decision to end the match came from backstage. They probably waited for the doctors to check on Orton to see if he could continue, had Brock play it up a little in case he could (his punches after Orton starts bleeding are clearly lighter than the stiff punches and elbows he hit him with beforehand) but in the end Orton was bleeding too bad so they ended it.
I saw that too on replay...he knew he fukked up and only way to make it seem kayfabe was to pummel orton some more. That way, people wouldn't know whether it was real or not. Good call by brock to save that aspect of the match but horrible wrestling there. We've seen this a couple times now. When he damned near knocked out cena's teeth after coming back and now. Dude needs a break from fighting at this point. Take a full year off and see where he wants to be at. Can't be doing the UFC p/t and then coming in injuring f/t wwe talent. Hell, Orton just came off a fukking injury man.

The submission match ended with Austin in the sharpshooter. That was easily more acceptable than this. Plus that match wasn't the main event of the show. Brock won by ref stoppages in the first hour of episodes of raw, WWE didn't have the balls to end to major show in NYC with the bs before

That ddt was awesome though :wow: but I don't think he messed it up at all. If anything, that table NOT breaking made the rko that more powerful
It did look like orton legit hurt him with the ddt, but at least that first punch from brock def did land and hard. I saw that and was like :jbhmm: :whoo:
