The changelings would wreak havoc inside a collective that operates completely on 1's and 0's.
It would have to be a war of attrition from inside, though. The Jem Hadar would get washed in a battle.

No matter how many borgs a shapeshifter kills it means nothing cause there's endless amount of drones
It all depends on how quickly the borg adjust to their technology and if they can assimilate the jemhadar

I don't think the borg would kill shapeshifters, though.
Think about how they basically ignored the enterprise crew when they beamed aboard.
A shapeshifter would have carte blanche on one of those ships. They can exist as air if they wanted to. The sabotage would be savage.
Remember the cardassisns had that shapeshifter torture device, that could be easily be put on every borg ship
Leah they were married in all good things.
Don't forget the borg adapt even the federation developed ways to detect shapeshifters.
