My card keeps saying it's over my spending limit which is annoying. I have the money in checking, but I guess my debit card has a daily limit or some bullshyt.

Mine is only 3k a day. Bank cards are weak
Are you able to call your bank to open up a transaction window for a large purchase? I know some let you open it up for 24 hours.
No problem with letting me move $50,000 from checking, but I can't spend $14,000 on my debit card which is linked to?!

Havent really tried to be honest.
For example, i just made a $3400 purchase on a new PC build and hour ago and i know my bank wouldt accept due to the 3k limit. So i paid half on credit and other half on debit and will pay the credit off this week.
I'd probably be fine if I could split payments, but I can't for this purchase. It's dumb.
Do you have your debit card or checking account linked to your Paypal?
I swear I did, but it says the transfer period is 3-5 days, but the time I'm supposed to pay for the card is four days.
I'll ask my bank to increase my limit for tomorrow.
If it's linked, you should be fine.
Message the seller and tell him what's going on. Generally, sellers are fine with the wait as long as you communicate with them.
Might even be able to negotiate a deal off eBay and save you on tax. IG's usually the best way.
Alright, that was my main concern, not being able to pay on time.
And, I assume go IG, so Ebay doesn't see the messages about it? Not sure if this guy would go that route as he's sold a ton of cards.
He probably won't since the sale's already done but if I can find sellers on IG, I'll message them on there about cards. Old school types won't do it but modern sellers will. 50/50 ratio, I'd say.
eBay checks messages, so don't say anything explicit if you want to go the IG route. Say something like it's easier for you to message on IG if he has one.
I just let him know the situation. I'm sure he'll be fine as the card has been listed for months....
The seller was perfectly fine with it, as he's had it happen and seen it happen plenty of times before.

I called my credit union, and there's a $10,000 debit limit each day if the purchase is online as it can't go through as credit. Would it be fine if I were to message the seller, have him sell me the card for $8,000 and then have him sell me a random item for $4,500 that I could use on another card, or would that violate ebay rules?

My cards will be listed today. If I take a loss on some of them, I'll live with it. I don't think I'll take that big of a hit on them though, but I could be wrong.
I'm going to keep an eye on this card, as it's the same exact one that I am posting.
