The same Mahomes gold optic /10 that I have went for about $1,200 tonight and about $1,700 a few weeks ago. I have the reserve set at $1,400, so we'll see what happens.

Too many going in a short time period. That always drops prices. Would be shocked if it hit your reserve (reserves in general turn people away).
What's the real difference between having a reserve set and starting the auction at a higher price?
Both turn buyers away, imo.
If a card has a reserve, I'll throw it on my watch list but rarely bid. You need at least two people to bid it up for it to hit a reserve. Even if someone sets a max bid above the reserve, it won't matter if nobody else comes close.
Personally, I like auctions with high initial starting prices (unless it's over the going rate) because fewer people watch and there'll be less bids/eyes on it. I've definitely gotten deals that way.

.I'm watching this card right now. This one is /99, and mine is /75. The one I'm watching here ends tonight, and then one my friend posted for me ends on Sunday. I should get somewhat of a barometer.

Same card sold just the other day for about $1,200 and then a month or so ago, for $1,700.

I think $1,200 is fair at this point. There's a decent chance it won't get that high because so many are being sold in a short period of time. Very strange for a Gold Prizm.

I was actually wrong about the card. The on up for auction right now is mine. I guess the seller was talking about my:

I believe my Herbert will break $3,000 though. A /99 is ending tonight and it's at $2,200. Should have a good barometer for mine which is out of /75.
Up in the air because it'll depend on how he keeps playing. If he balls out the last couple months of the season, it could go back up to $2K.
I think I'll get some decent money on the Herbert and Mahomes select card. Pretty surprised my Lamar select only has one bid though.

These are the cards that I had my friend list for me.
I could be off base, but I'd say I should get a minimum of $6,000 for these cards. Made the mistake of doing a reserve though. But, I think I should get $6,000 minimum
-Herbert should go for at least $2,500
-Mahomes Optic should go for at least $1,000
-Mahomes select should go for at least $1,000
-Lamar select should go for at least $500
I could be wrong, but I'd say those are reasonable numbers, and it could definitely be higher. I'd rather just bite the bullet and cut some losses now, and have the cash for a bigger card.

@BucciMane I don't follow football that closely, but I think it's very reasonable to expect 6k with those 4 cards. That Herbert blue optic auto is a monster.
The rest of the cards, I have no idea about.
