Me, myself and I
Is that what you consider being the head of household means? :jbhmm:

I think he was responding to that
What do you mean? I responded to his orginal post where he asks "are you ready to listen when given instructions"

I don't understand being "instructed" to do adult everyday tasks.

The convo went from there.

You long doesn't exist?
Women are here for men's sexual gratification?

I'm not being smug I wanna know your take because men seem to drop this all the time (on the innanets that is)

When ppl get into "does love exist?" argument its usually just people using semantics, brain chemistry and missing the point.
Love does exist, whether you feel it as a swat analysis for decision making, or a chemical response to innate desires... it exists.

But he has a point that love has been very commercialized in recent decades.

That doesn't mean it doesn't exist, it just means marketers are good at their jobs.

My personal view on it is that love is not nearly enough for a relationship, and I usually downplay its overall role in choosing a spouse.
I can love someone that is cancerous for me and my future children.
I can love someone that is incapable of loving me back.

Love is great, but overrated in my personal opinion.

The rest of his quote I dont agree with. Brehs aint even killed their first goat yet, talking bout hunting.

Trying to shut you off from everyone especially family.

Calling you crazy every time you question him about something (being manipulative)

Jokingly saying he'll kill you if you leave (he's crazy)

If he tries to make it seem like your being dramatic every time you tell him you don't like something (he doesn't really care about what you say or feel)

If every time you tell him "no" to something he says he'll get it from "a white girl" but yet this white girl doesn't exist :francis:

Moving too damn fast within days of meeting each other.

More RED flags

- all of his exes are white, Asian, Latina. He's only with you because you are "different" and it won't last

- his friends are a reflection of him so if his boys speaks very ill about Black women...

- physically harms you if you disagree with him

- drinks every damn day

Bro 'nem
That's interesting. What were your initial thoughts?
I was disappointed, especially since she wasn't black. He then cheated on her and had another kid with a pawg but is somehow stumped on why i never listen to to him or tell him anything, it's hilarious. No type of self awareness.

Head of household, to me, wouldn"t be someone who instructs. My father never had to instruct my mither to do anything. Make decisions r/t the family, sure. Instruct? No. I've never seen that.

Fair enough, makes sense.

Ok so my ex was extremely bad with money. He made 3x as much as me and we SPLIT everything yet he never seemed to have money. Sometimes it wasn't just about money, he could have wanted something materialistic and I said no. Now mind you I never asked for shyt from him but his half of bills. If he brought me something, cool.

Well one day he asked for money for I forgot what for...

Me: :aicmon: I'm not giving you anything, handle your business.

Him: why? :dwillhuh:

Me: :francis: every time we get into a argument you always telling me how much more money you make MORE THAN ME...but when it's time to get what you want this money is non existent. Nah you good.

Him: :hubie: it's cool I'll just get from the white GIRL :youngsabo:

Me: :birdman: what white girl?

Him: :myman: don't worry about it.

Me: (approaching him cause I'm heated) what white girl? :demonic:

Him: :shaq2:

I pulled his dreads like a crazy a person him: :sadbron: there is no white GIRL I was just playing...you never wanna...

Me:  NO fukk YOU. How you gonna say some shyt like that and that person don't exist...

Long story short he said it a lot in the relationship :to: so I started putting my own childish spins on shyt getting him mad as fukk...

Relationship was shyt.
The most disrespectful relationship. We use to fight all the time and yes I use to physically fight him. Not proud of it. I don't advocate putting your hands on anyone. I know this may be used against me later on but this real life shyt. It was all around abusive.
