I think the TV in my mancave is going out 
I'm not sure what the issue is either.
It turns on fine, and the audio plays fine, but the screen is black... no picture. Thing is, I can still see all the menu text/options and cycle through the various inputs, but when the feed is coming via the HDMI from my receiver it's just a black screen with audio playing.
I would think that the lamp is going out, but the weird thing is, after turning it on and off a few times and waiting some time, the screen comes on with the picture. I also, am able to play video when streaming to the TV via DLNA. I'm not sure what the deal is, but I wasn't planning on getting a new TV anytime soon. Might have to have somebody come out here and see what's up with this shyt. Getting annoying having to play tag with the on and off switch for this shyt to turn on every night I want to get on my PS4.

My a/v brehs, finally adding to my home theater, ordered an Onkyo TX-NR3030, 11.2 Channel Atmos Network Receiver. Once I get it next week I will post some updated pics of the setup. I've got all the speakers needed for Atmos, the receiver was the last piece. Found it for a steal from an a/v forum, on clearance, last one they had.

I was running blue stacks an android emulator on my PC which is an Alienware x51.I got it back in 2012 which cost me about 1200 when I got it,

My Sony 7.1 receiver is not cutting it, had it for 5-6 years, power supply is very small, time to upgrade, been wanting Atmos since I 1st read about it. Friend of mine bought the same Onkyo, helped him set it up, was hooked, knew that was gonna be my next a/v purchase.
Yes, I have a glass coffee table in front of the sofa. No rug though.

Just a lg 4K tv not long ago, now I'm looking for a 4K surround sound to replace my old blu ray one. Any suggestions? Not really looking for sound bar unless it offers the same type experience a home theater or surround sound offers.
Are you looking an all-in-one (home theater in a box) or building a system with separate components like the speakers, sub, and receiver? Samsung has a 4k UHD Blu-ray player around $400. How much are you looking to spend?
