1 and 4 they used a strobe.
In all 4 they increased the grain.
Probably dehazed a little.
Adjust the blacks up some.
Dropped the highlights.
Maybe removed some contrast.
Adjust the split-toning / color grading on highlights to match the dominant color you see in the sky.

Probably had a preset

Not even Photoshop, you can get that look from IG's editing tools and Snapseed (for the grain)

You probably can, but that jawn probably used photoshop, or her editor did

I'm no expert.. But flip this upside down and backwards, so the ONE LOVE is readable.. Either way, I love this shot though

Gonna try and give editing while using a Graphics Tablet another go. Was gonna get the display but I settled for the standard in the end.
