Does anyone in here know anything about medium format film cameras. I have a few 35mm film cameras, and I'm thinking about getting one of the Mamiya 645s in the future.
True, but anyone dropping this much on a body almost certainly is already well invested on glass. After reviewing this new Sony it’s stout. No doubt....but I’m not sure it’s $6500 stout. 70% of the new features can be found on an R6 at almost a 3rd of the price.
this camera is pretty much for those people that would be doing photography at something like the Olympics. It's supposed to a competitor to something like the Canon 1Dx line. Comparing it to the R5 or the R6 is missing the point of this camera. After reviewing this new Sony it’s stout. It's overkill for the vast majority. Wait for the A7IV for a more affordable option. After reviewing this new Sony it’s stout. No doubt....but I’m not sure it’s $6500 stout. 70% of the new features can be found on an R6 at almost a 3rd of the price.
True....the R6 was a stretch of comparison since it lacks the resolution to even be mentioned with this. But I didn’t see too much that separated it from the R5 if I’m keeping it a buck. I came away thinking that whatever the 1D mirrorless equivalent is gonna be might really knock this out the box. This Sony def the most powerful mirrorless on the market at the moment. I’ll give it that.this camera is pretty much for those people that would be doing photography at something like the Olympics. It's supposed to a competitor to something like the Canon 1Dx line. Youtube it. It's easy with PhotoshopHey, I am a novice photographer, how do you add your logo/watermark to photos? Sorry if this is an obvious thing to do, but I have no clue.
