BTW has there been a good theory as to why fish are such an important symbol in this show? Yesterday you had Elliot straight looking at one in the ECorp conference room. Then in his first black out, he wakes up in a cab with a damn fishbowl. It's like in every important scene there's a dam fish somewhere

Breh, White Rose made Beta play a game with her past self. In yesterday's episode they used the same actress that played the little blonde kid last season to portray young Angela in the cold open

That episode last night was probably the most edge-of-the-seat TV watching experience I've had since since Ozymandias episode of the last season of Breaking Bad.

I'm not saying this show is the best show since Breaking Bad or anything.

But god damnit it might be.



I don't think you can ask for much more from a television show. That might be a top 10 episode of any show of all time, IMO.

Definitely the most intense episode ever of Mr. Robot.

God damn I'm about to watch this shyt right now. Got Mexican food on deck. Haven't read anything about this ep prior to your post, I'm amped the fukk up right now.

I feel like Esmail was playing with us when it comes to that, especially in the beginning.

When Elliot and Baeta were talking, first we'd see both, then pan to Baeta, then as we pan back, we think Elliot is gonna be Mr. Robot, but it's still Elliot, then he'd say something to her, and as we pan back we're thinking "oh shyt, is Angela gonna be someone else?", but it's still just her.

Knowing the level to which Blessmail is aware of all the theories and all of the chatter, I'd be willing to bet good money he was trolling with those shots to fukk with certain people who have theories.

The note they gave Tyrell was to make him look innocent, right? They wanted it to look like the Dark Army killed his wife, captured him, and he escaped to warn people about the attack, (but was too late) right?

Replace "The Dark Army" with "F-Society". The Dark Army is the semi-legendary group only whispered about in rumors. Nobody in the media or the general populace knows who they are. F-Society is being set up to take all the blame.

The last thing he saw in Angela's apartment in S3E1 before he went to sleep was Qwerty. Then he woke up as Mr. Robot.

There was a key in the fish he ate during his fever dream in S1 too (just read some interesting theories about the dream )
