Just watched it... Can't believe white rose blew up 71 E-corp buildings... :damn:

I think Ellliot did save the new york building but elliot was fukking distracted and not seeing the bigger picture... :francis:

I mean I'm glad he saved the new york facility from blowing up but damn 71 buildings blown up... if this happened IRL the govt would put everything on lockdown it would be all over the news and the military would be mobilized immediately.... :damn:

It's not that he didn't see the big picture, it's that he didn't think the Dark Army would be willing to blow up 71 buildings since he's the one who spread the documents all around to those places.

I think lol

I'm late but here's my official review of the latest episode:

Nah for real though it was incredible. Easily the best ep of the series and if they maintain this level of quality for the next 4 episodes this will be the show of 2017.

I have a feeling we're going to see a consolidated Elliot/Mr. Robot at least for the next few eps because Mr. Robot has to feel played. The Dark Army took his plan and completely cut him out.

I was reading up about the fish in the show yesterday and stumbled on this

So far - the key/leadership symbolism is playing out exactly as it was in the dream.:ohhh:

S1 -Mr. Robot gives Elliot the key first. I guess this would have been when he figured out he was Mr. Robot. He also says that the key is "Made In Your Orient' - which I took to mean that fSociety was essentially formed by the events that shaped Elliot into who he is. ie his father's death.

S2 - Darlene gives him the key next - when he got out of prison, he assumes control of fSociety from her.

S3 - The point we're at now is when he comes back to his apartment to find Tyrell has the key - could be a metaphor for his input into Stage 2, or the fact that the FBI believe he's the mastermind.

S4? -Next Elliot gives the key to Angela when he finds it in the fish he's eating, and she accepts it like he proposed marriage. I feel like we're about to see this happen, especially after last week. God knows what she'll get up to with it.

S5? - She gives the key back to Elliot saying it doesn't fit - Maybe she figures out she's been played by whiter0se

Esmail might have given us the broad strokes of the story already, back in Season 1 :wow:

I'm amazed at this breakdown and pissed too because you might've spoiled it for me :pachaha:

I feel like I need to say this with the passing of every other episode, but I fukking love this show man :mjcry:

It's the 1-2 days after an episode that reaffirms this. When the internet community has enough time to come together and pass around / validate theories to arrive at the aha moments is something special to witness :obama:

We are truly not worthy for the genius that is Esmail's mind at work :blessed:

shyt feeling a lil too heroic/happy right now :lupe:
I had this exact same thought after Elliot walked out of the E Corp building, and I knew something was off when everyone kept looking at their phones.

The tension on this show is :wow:

Literally from the first scene to the ending I was on the edge of my seat.
all that internal fighting and it still didn't matter White Rose is always a few steps ahead

this is shyt fukking brazy brehs :wow::gucci::blessed:
Breh every time someone tries to make a move I have a feeling that White Rose has taken it into account already. He's got failsafe after failsafe.

First he let Shayla die.

Then he went to jail and everyone else in Fsociety died except Darlene.

Now 71 buildings get torched.

Heroes are not supposed to fail like this.

Every single episode of this season has been amazing. Every episode better than the season finale of most oif not ALL other shows. I have never seen anything like this before. There is no let up. You cant even take bong hit when the show is on. You have to PAY ATTENTION of youll miss it. That slight yet important detail that adds layers to the unfolding plot. And it only gets better.

I like how this show takes inspirations from outside its genre. The long take ep was beauty.

Elliot not realizing the scope of Stage Two while all of the key players found that they got played by ol' WR was heavy. I don't wanna say that everyone now who isn't avowedly Dark Army will start working together, but at the very least they may start questioning their allegiances and who they're dealing with.

Last two episodes were very good. I felt honestly that the scale in season two ramped up too much too soon, but hopefully they've regained their bearings. If teams start re-consolidating, then season three may be similar to season one, except with a higher body count.
