IMO it's much easier to replace an AD, especially at a B1G school, than it is to find a football coach that can finish in the top 4 repeatedly.

All I see is a guy who wanted to get in the lucrative NIL space posting angry tweets because the AD wasn't interested in his scheme.
Him claiming it wouldn't take donor money away from the AD is inaccurate, other ADs have voiced concerns over this and boosters don't have unlimited money. He doesn't even need Warde's permission to start a 501c, so what does he need the AD for? What does he mean by "sharing donations with athletes" in his subsequent tweets? Does he want the AD to redirect a percentage of donations to his scheme? Or does he want the AD to share its donor list? This is one side of a story and he's not providing much detail.
Here's what I do know, the AD announced partnerships with several collectives in December.
Yes, that's called a contract negotiation. Warde seems to have overplayed his hand. However, it's incredibly naive to think the guy who flew to Minneapolis, on NSD, for an interview that he thought was a formality is only seeking NFL offers as leverage.

Both Anson and John Bacon are both claiming the very same thing. They guys over at Valiant are hinting at difficulties with NIL bc of Warde not wanting to partake in any type of 'pay for play'
As for myself personally.. I think Harbaugh wants to go back to the league. I thought the same thing last year too.. but the problem is, no one wants to give him a job. Warde also doesn't have the balls to can Harbaugh. He'll literally wait until the Fall for an answer from Jim if he needs to. I think we should thank him for his service and move on.
