Both Anson and John Bacon are both claiming the very same thing. They guys over at Valiant are hinting at difficulties with NIL bc of Warde not wanting to partake in any type of 'pay for play'

As for myself personally.. I think Harbaugh wants to go back to the league. I thought the same thing last year too.. but the problem is, no one wants to give him a job. Warde also doesn't have the balls to can Harbaugh. He'll literally wait until the Fall for an answer from Jim if he needs to. I think we should thank him for his service and move on.
The BOR opposes to anything resembling pay-for-play schemes. I'm not saying Warde would be for it, but his announcement came in December after members changed their stance/voiced openness to doing better on the NIL front. Jordan Acker has been particularly vocal in advocating for NIL, but not pay-for-play. I don't care about Jim's angry friend, but I'd be surprised if JUB didn't know that.

Sooner or later the truth is gonna come to light. Multiple sources have already said that Warde has no interest in NIL. The rumor of him wanting wealthy donors to contribute to the school, and not the athletic department is bananas to me, considering he’s literally the athletic director. I’ve got a feeling that some heavy politics is involved here. Aka.. do as we say, and we’ll break you off on the side. Angelique was on the radio echoing the same thing earlier in the week. So either everyone has a bone to pick with Warde, or there’s significant smoke there.

I just need them to get it together, one was or another. This shyt is NOT helping the program.
