im honestly surprised it did so well. i didnt think it'd flop, but a bunch of random characters being thrown together and it being a success is big for marvel. this should give them the confidence to do a black panther movie.

No your right I'm just disputing that it was a random bunch of characters thrown together . They are a team so it was alittle less of a risk than just throwing bunch of characters with no comic history out there

It most likely never expires as long as they keep using it. Which is why Daredevil, Ghost Rider, The Punisher and Blade reverted back to Marvel:
