*** partner passed through to drop a bench off and spotted me/unracked it real quick, MAJOR DIFFERENCE! i can hit 200 for 3-4 reps for sure, again i just need someone to unrack it for me for now
i think my triceps must be unusually weak....resulting in current my weak bench stats, im gonna start hitting my triceps too.... finna start doing pull downs, dips and skullcrushers again
i also like to add i have long ass nba player arms which makes benching a bit more difficult for me. im at an energetic disadvantage more so than the average lifter :
