i think my triceps must be unusually weak....resulting in current my weak bench stats, im gonna start hitting my triceps too.... finna start doing pull downs, dips and skullcrushers again

i also like to add i have long ass nba player arms which makes benching a bit more difficult for me. im at an energetic disadvantage more so than the average lifter :

gonna have to start going heavy on the barbell military press, 50lbs is the heaviest set of dumbells at the gym still. i should of started with the 50lbs but i was scared....fear can really hold you back. i know i can definitely bang out a 60lb db shoulder press for a clean 3x8........

if theres anything i hate on my body right now, its my delts, their puny, i need Dwight Howard Shoulders N'eowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww :wow:

finna have some super strong shoulders for the benchhhhhhhhhh

Barbell squat, just below parallel
155lbs 1x5
185lbs 4x5


Started too late so i couldn't really get into my workout, my boy had a morning class to train at 7 so i dipped out.


With returning to squats i can feel myself defintely squating more than 250 after 30 days. After a minor fix in my form (rolling the bar further up on my neck) i added 30lbs with no issue and defintely felt i could of lifted alot more. Like ALOT more.

250-300 lbs for reps in the next 30-60 days, easily.
