Started too late so i couldn't really get into my workout, my boy had a morning class to train at 7 so i dipped out.
With returning to squats i can feel myself defintely squating more than 250 after 30 days. After a minor fix in my form (rolling the bar further up on my neck) i added 30lbs with no issue and defintely felt i could of lifted alot more. Like ALOT more.
250-300 lbs for reps in the next 30-60 days, easily.
