Barbell squat, just below parallel
155lbs 1x5
185lbs 4x5


Started too late so i couldn't really get into my workout, my boy had a morning class to train at 7 so i dipped out.


With returning to squats i can feel myself defintely squating more than 250 after 30 days. After a minor fix in my form (rolling the bar further up on my neck) i added 30lbs with no issue and defintely felt i could of lifted alot more. Like ALOT more.

250-300 lbs for reps in the next 30-60 days, easily.
I hope you're not doing this. The bar shouldn't been on your neck when squating high bar. The bar should be resting on your traps.

i meant like the pitch, more like the angle of attack. leaning forward more

Low-Bar = Sitting on the base of the rear delts

36 inch waist, 32/32 im almost back homeeeeeeeeee:blessed::blessed::blessed:

im cutting until whenever then bulking up afterwards. getting rid of this little stomach and getting my body fat back under 12% is the aim for the next little bit then back to extensive muscle development
