It's choppy, being that the nightlife just opened back up about a month and a half ago.

Hollywood shifts clubs around too much for me (you could make that hour drive and explore if you desire).

Alot of clubs haven't fully picked all the way up yet (when I was out there last month). If you want a guaranteed black spot, go to the Savoy in Inglewood.

As far as the IE, I only go out there on invites. Don't know too much...
