Yeah because paying 10 cents for a bag is going to stop a person from discarding that shyt how they please anyways. what a dumb law. and the trash I see is not even plastic bags thats strewn everywhere.

Our last major earthquake was back in '94. We had earthquakes here and there since but nothing serious.

No but charging 10 cents will have people thinking whether they need that plastic bag that will go to landfill. I never take bags because I don't like to contribute to our landfill problem. You go dirty up whatever backwood state you come from. We really don't need redneck types like you here.
