Going to be honest, felt like the premise could have been a dope movie, that somehow is going to become a drawn out TV series with a lot of little scenes that bore you. A long-ass pilot, with so many gratuitous shots of the blonde dude having perplexing looks. Aubrey Plaza looks dirty as hell as well. I bet her feet stink too.

The bewilderment and confusion is definitely intentional, as David himself barely knows what is going on with him or the full extent of his powers. I'm curious to learn what exactly he can do.

That final sequence where he is escaping from the facility was . Dudes getting flung through the air via telekinesis like it's nothing.
