Thought I'd mention that I've been working out 5-6 times per week for the past two weeks as well so I'm not solely relying on the caloric deficit from the diet

This past week I did this:

Monday: Chest + Tri's + 45 mins moderate intensity elliptical workout

Tuesday: 1 hour elliptical, 10 mins cool down walk on treadmill

Wed: Back and Bi's + 30 mins elliptical

Thursday: Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Press, Bent Over Row, Shoulder Press, Shoulder Shrugs, Skull Crushers, Hammer Curls

Friday: Rest

Saturday: Cardio - Treadmill - One hour

Sunday: Rest



I'm eventually trying to build up to doing the Full Body compound exercise based workout 2-3 times a week with cardio mixed in

Been on keto for about a month with a weekly carb up day. The results are good but I'm craving for a fukking pizza :mjcry:
