This past week I did this:
Monday: Chest + Tri's + 45 mins moderate intensity elliptical workout
Tuesday: 1 hour elliptical, 10 mins cool down walk on treadmill
Wed: Back and Bi's + 30 mins elliptical
Thursday: Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Press, Bent Over Row, Shoulder Press, Shoulder Shrugs, Skull Crushers, Hammer Curls
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Cardio - Treadmill - One hour
Sunday: Rest
I'm eventually trying to build up to doing the Full Body compound exercise based workout 2-3 times a week with cardio mixed in
