im 2800 a day but i only get like 2200 since most of my cals come from carbs. i don't eat a lot and i gotta force eat sometimes just to get that done. no why in hell am i taking in over 210 grams protein, shyt is hard

Personally i think the number of protein grams you need to maintain is over-inflated by the fitness industry.
Disagree. It's the easiest diet to maintain when you're already cut up. Just eat the right things to your hearts content.Great if you're fukking obese, but for people farther along its not so great.

2204 total calories
4% carbs
21% protein
75% fat
Is that right?
Right now I only eat about 1500 calories a day. Saturday's maybe around 2500.
How the hell am I going to cut fat but eating more calories
