im on a low carb diet, i only get like 100 grams a day.

my question is even if i don't hit my calorie intake am i still good?

im 2800 a day but i only get like 2200 since most of my cals come from carbs. i don't eat a lot and i gotta force eat sometimes just to get that done. no why in hell am i taking in over 210 grams protein, shyt is hard

My fitness pal says I need to eat 1500 calories a day to lose weight, that seems way too little. but I dont think I'm even eating that much. Keto kills your appetite.

100 grams of carbs or protein?

Personally i think the number of protein grams you need to maintain is over-inflated by the fitness industry.
Im getting 100 grams of crabs. I agree with you though. It's another way just to sell more protein products. I stick to 180 to 200 grams protein a day

Started keto yesterday after coming back from Dallas and feeling like a bloated mess. I have already dropped 6lbs of water 2 days into it :russ:

My carb intake has been heavy for a while and I usually adapt to keto quickly but not this time. Today I was struggling and everything sounded oh so tasty. I saw some lenny and larrys cookies and was like :feedme:

I'm trying to cut.
I did the math and it came to:

2204 total calories
4% carbs
21% protein
75% fat

Is that right?
Right now I only eat about 1500 calories a day. Saturday's maybe around 2500.
How the hell am I going to cut fat but eating more calories :dahell:

I work out 6 times a week btw.
