Just got back on keto last week. Did it last year, was too busy to workout, but dropped 30 lbs anyway in about 3 months. Gained 15 of them back, but on this shyt again for real and working out everyday. My car got totalled last week :snoop: but it's workin out cuz I'm biking to work and the gym every day.

Got two of my roommates on this shyt too so we been makin meals together and keepin each other on the grind. I'm at bout 220 right now, trying to get to about 195 and be shredded for the summer. Lets get it!!!!:blessed::blessed:

Would it make a difference if the protein was high with the fat?

From what I understand with keto, you don't want too much protein. But I think that's if you doing it for health reasons (diabetes, etc). If you're relatively healthy I don't think there's much of an issue. Otherwise, the story is that the excess protein can be turned into glucose, which would be a problem for someone who has blood sugar issues.
