I'm far from an expert on this but it really depends on how accurate of a reading you want.

Which are fine if you just want to know if you're in ketosis or not. I've read that if you stay in ketosis long enough, your body will adapt and you will no longer urinate the same amount of ketones and these strips will become less effective.
I just bought this 2 weeks ago, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you got extra cash laying around.
The meter is $25 and the ketone strips that you use with it is $50 for a box of 10 strips. Only reason why I bought it is becuase I was curious to see the exact level of ketones in my blood. I probably won't be buying anymore strips after I use the strips I already have.

How are you near a keto diet on 100 grams of carbs per day?i'm taking in 170 grams of carbs right now on 2400 calories and it's tough. I have to get some of that before my workout and most after or i'll be fatigued and tired. i get in about 50-70 grams of fiber tho so instead of just dropping my total carb intake, i look at net and figure that would be low enough for me. so far i'm seeing more definition so i'm happy. i didn't realize ppl had a carb reload day while on the keto diet i usually have a cheat meal once a week but it'll usually be high fat and protein meal like fried food or chinese.
i love those. i try to squeeze 1 or 2 of these a week by replacing this with my carb meal. gourmet bread is one of my favorite things to eat so i look like a fiend when i get that urge for some

Yeah you aren't remotely in range fam at 100 grams.I'm new to keto so I'm still unfamiliar with it but isn't it just a low carb diet? 100 grams of carbs is close to 20% of my macros. I don't think I can go lower since I'm pretty active
