Back on Keto for now, moderate fats rather than higher at the moment (Palumbo).

Already down a few lbs, still on low key :flabbynsick: status

Fattiest meats I have had so far is rotisserie chicken and Gyro meat for 1 meal during the day.

Typical daily foods are:

Omega 3 Eggs (Eggland's Best)

chicken breast and nuts :dame:

Whey Iso and Natural PB
93/7 Beef and green veggies
EVOO

Have not been training, just walking the dog or walking while bank fishing.

Fishing ended up being 12 miles on Sunday, but over 10k steps most days combining dog walks and after work pond hopping.

Will return to the gym this week.

Will be sore as all hell :damn:

Taking Electrolyte supplements?

Yeah I take magnesium. Idk what it was but Day 45 was just miserable for me. I took my supplements and I always stay hydrated so idk. But I'm feeling a lot better now. It was probably just exhaustion from being up so long. I wake up around 2 am now and again for no reason..

I've been doing keto/low carb since Jan 17th. Not my first time doing it. I work out 6-7 days a week, the 7th day is just cardio and abs. I do intermittent fasting anywhere from 14-22 hours I like to mix it up but my body is accustomed to any kind of hours. I'm taking nitrotech protein, multivitamins, fish oil,bcaa,magnesium/potassium pills and strictly drinking a gallon of water a day EDIT: also cut out alcohol completely. First time I've gone this long since I started drinking at 16-17. I'm 33 now

Im 6'3. I was 283lbs in Jan 17, today I weighed in at 246lbs. Thats 37 lbs down in about 9 weeks. Still motivated and still going strong. Feeling stronger than ever, I know once I hit that 205 mark I'm going to look jacked. I was looking good at 224 about 3 years ago but im trying to go lower

I do everything in the gym. Deadlift, squat, bench press, freeweights, calisthenics, etc. Im not as strong as I was with carbs, for instance before I was throwing up 225lbs for like 12-15 reps when I was lighter, and right now im at 7 reps with it. So no not as strong as I was before I know I wrote that but I just really meant overall health wise

I been doing keto since Jan 22 and been down 17 pounds without exercise. I don't know where you get the energy for workouts 6-7 days a week. Especially weightlifting. You gotta give your body time to repair. 6-7 days a week of working out is overkill, at least on keto. Plus you'd most likely be gaining weight since your body needs to retain water in order to repair muscles. Also, it takes the body much longer to recover while in ketosis. How are you getting energy? What's your recovery process like?
