I mean your life but the thoughts process of not eating and working out intensely just doesn’t make sense.

When you're in a fasted state and you workout, you're literally burning fat. I'm not starving myself if that's what you're thinking.

What you perceive as a fasted state might not be either.

You could also be burning muscle with an intense workout.................

been at it for 14 days now..down 12 pounds

Im lowkey terrified to eat a regular diet now..I feel amazing..

center cut pork chops
cauliflower jalapeño pizza crusts
spinach
raspberries
fish and mo fish
omelets with fresh Pico..
the gladiator shake
keto caramel clusters
more tea than a messy bih

I could eat like to this for a long time.. Ive also been lifting because if I drop another 10 pounds ima be looking like stick stickley

I’m back on this and for good I gained a lot of weight (I’m 296) thank goodness I’m tall and it don’t look that bad, but my goal is to get to 220. I cook now so it’s a lot easier plus mixing in IF. I don’t go to crazy with IF with set times and all that. I ate once today at 9am and had a snack on my way to work at 10pm
