Going into my second week and I'm not even phased or craving any of the carb foods that I used to eat.

When does it get hard?

Question: A lot of my protein bars have lots of carbs in it. Does that break the keto cycle?

Cleaned up my eating and I hopped back into Keto on Sat to avoid any impeding fukkery during this time. I can walk by cookies again without wanting or buying any.


Mainly eating:
Air Fryer Jerk Chicken
Carb Balance Tortilla based pizzas
Shakes (whey isolate protein and fat from a shot of oil or natty pb)
Bacon here or there, it's been wild salty IMO so I will add it to a meal as an ingredient

Might transition to steak and eggs 2-3x a day next week.

Still haven't ate yet. Might lose more if I don't eat and do an intense workout
