just don’t get caught up too much on eating meat and eggs. Any food you like, you can lower the carbs by looking up a keto recipe for it. Go slow and in a year you’ll lose the body fat and don’t just focus on the weight alone
a suggestion, get a scale while tells you weight, body fat, water percentage, muscle mass so you have a bigger overview of your health. I am 39 and with my weight and body fat, my health is of a 42 year old smh
