congrats, I started on Saturday weighing 259lb I forgot how hard it was to meet my macros:aicmon:
That was my issue as well in the beginning. Key thing is to not beat yourself up if you have a few extra carbs in a meal. fukk it, enjoy life.

just don’t get caught up too much on eating meat and eggs. Any food you like, you can lower the carbs by looking up a keto recipe for it. Go slow and in a year you’ll lose the body fat and don’t just focus on the weight alone

a suggestion, get a scale while tells you weight, body fat, water percentage, muscle mass so you have a bigger overview of your health. I am 39 and with my weight and body fat, my health is of a 42 year old smh

Would worry about that data from the scale outside of weight. Highly doubtful the rest of the information is accurate.

mom sure it isn’t 100 percent accurate but having 30plus percent body fat, I’m sure it’s close enough. I get your message tho

I'm not a pro. But I'd start with either keeping your diet identical as it is and up your slow cardio (ex; additional 30min walk daily). Or cut some calories. Like instead of 6oz chicken for dinner make it 5oz. Something like that. I also believe in 1 cheat meal a week to confuse your metabolism. Just my personal opinions. Not backed by any science lol

I got that goddam KETO RASH!!!
It's on my neck and only appeared after 3months after losing 25 lbs. I've definitely scared myself with how hard I've scratched it. I know sweating makes it worse but I don't even workout, except playing soccer with my son. Anyone have it and over come it?? I plan on drinking more lemon ginger tea, and I'm going to look into Bile Salts and Black seed oil.

Been walking 3 miles a day for a week while doing a bootleg version of keto. Weighed myself and I lost 11 pounds so far.:wow:

It’s great news because I ate 4 slices of pepperoni pizza & I had Burger King around the same week but I refused to give up and just walked.
Any version of the keto diet mixed with intermittant fasting is amazing.:blessed:

I just need the motivation to get back into it. :sadcam:

The moment I stopped as the Rona started I gained almost 22 lbs between March and September this year. All I've done is sit down and my ass got so big. I feel like Questlove:mjcry:

I forgot to add that I do 16:8 fast. I don’t have a appetite anymore & my fam worried about me lol. But shyt motivation is hard to come by so I just think about potential health issues I want to avoid when I hit my 30s

What ive learned and said in here for years is not to tell people your fasting, saves the long ass explanations

Fam, yesterday I bought a tub of Ben & Jerry's Cookie Dough ice cream... to have for breakfast.:sadcam::mjcry:


And I'm gonna eat it too in a few minutes. I don't have to come into the office until February of next year and then they said they'll do another review for when we physically have to return.:mjgrin:

I've literally got no reason to go outside except for food and p*ssy. Yesterday me and my girl ate 6 quarter pounder burgers each and I finished half of hers. We did it as a challenge. She ain't overweight but that shyt got us fukked up. She don't know I'm gonna have the whole tub of ice cream by myself either.:dead:
