I been making these egg and meat concoctions in the oven in a muffin pan everyday for like 2 weeks.

Basically crack an egg into muffin pan, add meat, top with cheese and bake at 375 for 25-30 mins

or

I'll line the muffin cup with a sliced meat of choice, drop the egg in, sometimes a jalapeno or 2 then whatever cheese

They're good af and I have people offering to buy them or telling me I should sell them.


Bodyfat dropping off and I haven't had any cheats/carbs since New Year's Eve

How was it?

Good and pretty easy. I did a different cooking method. 400 degrees for 10 minutes with bacon only and then 10 more minutes with the eggs in it. Might start throwing other stuff in there as well. It's simple and repeatable. You got and similar suggestions for lunch or dinner?

I kept it simple.
Easy stuff for me was various meats/burgers in the air fryer, which was about 8-12 mins.
Rotisserie chicken
egg or chicken salad.
Italian Sausage :dame: with Cauliflower mash or broccoli/cauli tots.
Boneless Skinless thighs or regular in airfryer with jerk seasoning

Mission Carb Balance Tortillas or fajita wraps to make pizza, 3-4 grams net carbs with cheese and meat.
Baked at 400 for 5-6 mins. You can add raos pizza sauce which is 2g carb 1/4 cup..barely used any on each wrap.

I would eat 2-4 of these, 15 grams of fiber per wrap so watch out or you'll pass a small child the next day on the throne

I also used this microwave omlet maker I got from Walmart, I would zap breffix in 3 mins with meat and cheese added, 3-5 eggs

I been doing keto for about 6 weeks, not hardcore but still giving it a decent effort. Without any exercise I lost 20lbs!! I just had my birthday weekend and had back to back days of Chinese food, no alcohol. I hope I havnt ruined my progress.

Down 15 lbs since July 1st. I’ve had like 4 cheat days. I’m down to eating one keto meal and I make my meals daily. Keto pancakes, keto bread, keto pizza, keto chicken Parmesan, keto fat bombs and keto peanut butter smoothies.

vitamin game is on point. Drinking 120 plus ounces of water per day.

this month I will start exercising and going back to my 5 mile walks.

I was 247, went down to 229 and with the recent cheat days I’m at 232.

goal is to be 220 by end o august and 200 by end of December. I’m not rushing shyt and I feel a lot healthier already. I sleep well too

last but not least, I do intermittent fasting. No eating after 8pm and next meal is usually around 11am to 12pm

congrats, I started on Saturday weighing 259lb I forgot how hard it was to meet my macros:aicmon:
