Lol so you just eatingI'm doing a more modified version where I still get to eat fruits cuz I think it's just dumb to not be able to eat nature's food. So I may not actually be in ketosis, I'll still be avoiding most carbs; bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, etc
Lol, I hear you tho. I dabbled with Keto, Low Carb, IF etc. At this point I just try to get a decent mix of the three macros. Nothing wrong with evolving.

there is none, you gotta learn to do with out it
cauliflower rice is the closest you will get but the size and texture are all wrong. You can blend it up a bit and that helps but it’s not the same.
as for pasta you got zoodles and miracle noodles or some shyt. Both options are ass
