Lost like 10 pounds in the past like 7 days. Not sure if I'm in actually ketosis though.

Jolly rancher, life savers, even Reese’s peanut butter cups or Hersey chocolates. I used to get mine from Walgreens and then Get pissed cuz my household would eat the shyt up before I can really dig in.

Nah everything after the initial first 8 lbs lost is legit. just make sure you getting your protein in. it’s real easy to lose muscle on keto

Any calorie control is going to maintain or lose you weight if you don’t burn energy on the regular.
