Went to fairway after the gym and found these keto friendly cheese wraps and snacks. I cooked up two small chicken breast and 80% lean beef and made burritos :wow:. Also made guacamole which i have to get better at but was still good. Had some chipotle ranch dip on the side plus blackberries,almonds,and cheese crisp snacks. Im fukking full as hell, now its only water until i drink the bulletproof coffee tomorrow a.m b4 the gym

So i hit the gym at like 130p, all i had was a bulletproof coffee at 12p (16 hrs into my fast) then i hit abs, did cardio,legs and shoulders until like 4p. Full of energy. I had my protein shake at 4p then i had my only meal of the day n i made it count

3 slices of bacon
3 fried eggs in the bacon fat
Thin ribeye
Some leftover 80% lean with a little cheese
A big bowl of arugula/spinach/black berries/almonds all drizzled with olive oil

After i cooked I was looking at it like :beli:"im not finishing this" but at the end i tore that whole meal up

Never ate so much meat in one session (:dame:pause) but im 6'3 260+ and i only had about 400 calories between the coffe and protein plus i fasted a shytload of hours and worked out for 2-3 hrs. Friday ill post a progress pic with my scale


P.s i farted like 3 times while writing this :hubie:

Alright brehs, 7 days in these are my results. Keto + IF 18:6 + Weightlifting

So in 7 days i lost 8lbs, 1.6% in body fat, and 1.0% in BMI.i upped my body water % and protein. The one thing i noticed is i lost 0.2 in bone mass, i gotta address that immediately. Also slacking on my potassium and magnesium pills but ill adjust

All in all a great first week ill post results every friday

So what is the deal with Keto? I've read it's one of the worst "diets" one can do. I don't believe it's a diet, so I wouldn't consider it one but a lot of people do.

My breakfast at 12p earlier after a 18hr30 min fast. Its 230p i just pulled up to the gym hitting chest n biceps hard lets go

4 scrambled organic eggs with 3 sausage patties, cooked red onions, jalapenos, 2 minced garlic and cheese. I also add kerrygold butter midway thru cooking process

Calories: 1090
Protein:54 g
Fat: 93 g
Carbs: 6 g

This looks bomb. I have to give you kudos on the onion, black pepper, bacon, and spinach used in it.

This looks bomb. I have to give you kudos on the onion, black pepper, bacon, and spinach used in it.

Your basically changing the fuel source in your body from carbs to fat by keeping your carb consumption under 25g a day. Your body then produces ketones for energy and you turn in a 24/7 fat burning machine from the fat you eat and the fat stored on your body. I lost 26lbs in 30 days back in September.

Dr berg on youtube has the best introductory videos to the diet watch his video he really breaks it down well.

So I made a keto breakfast this morning. I had an egg scramble with onions & peppers. Some cheese & avocado with some salsa on it
