I'm about to send him a diet plan because he is about to have surgery so he will be even worse off from inactivity eating good ass food I can't eat.
We got a blaze joint downtown. Thinking about trying it out now I know they have Keto pizza option but I’m let the weather dictate that. It’s already 100 degree here:francis:

I came across this thread last week so I started last Tuesday. I've lost around 8 pounds so far
Not even just water weight, I've noticed some of the fat around my midsection has gone as well I havent been in the gym yet since I've started :whoo: (I do do a lot of walking though and sometimes a bit of dispatch work in the warehouse)

I'm intrigued to see how my progress will be in 3 weeks

Im jumping in this bytch for a little bit.

Spent the last 5 days eating however I wanted in hopes of restarting my metabolism...
...for the next week im doing no more than 20g net carbs (carb depletion).

Bout to read through this thread.

That's dope, the walking will help a lot because your heart rate will be in the right zone for keto to burn fat.



Been making chicken salad a lot recently and loving it, sometimes I'll throw in some eggs.

About to transition into the old school... steak/meat, water and eggs phase for a few weeks, then adjust things.

Its too much informations. I be thinking about a dirty cheat day but hesitate because I read that drastically introducing a high gram of carbs to your body(increasing glucose) can damage your blood vessel.


I’m about to send an email to one of the Keto lifestyle gurus about this. If it’s true , then I’m just goin transition out of Keto. I can play by the rule but I want the liberty of being able to flexible on a rare day without consequence. If I can’t properly cheat one or twice a month, fukk that shyt

Flexible is the best overall approach IMO if you aren't a carb addict or can have self control, you can get creative tracking macros. Sometimes certain things can be triggering for me while dieting so I personally cut carbs back then I will use a more balanced approach for general eating or maintenance if I choose. I like eating keto, my hunger is not crazy, so it's pretty easy for me to stay on track not thinking about food every second. My higher carb, low fat month test I did was murder, for me.

You can cheat sloppily, but you will feel it. I use to go way wild and I would feel my body trying to digest all the food and my pulse rocking. Similar to how many of us feel on Thanksgiving. The key is not to have a full "day" keep it to a meal(last meal of the day) if it's going to be dirty. You can unravel progress and usually you feel a lot better with less than more. I used to overdo it like I said, then my cheats went from shytty stuff which I still love, to a good meal at a restaurant with dessert. (Appetizer, Steak Maui, Caesar Salad, Mac & Cheese, Coke, Carrot Cake) and I was satisfied and feeling better. The day I planned to cheat, I could have wings during the day which still was keto and then bang out the meal or choice later on. Some weekends you may want a cold sub and chips and it's not really crazy.

I was in deep ketosis, broke to knock back 2 pints of beer, a king prawn katsu and a tonkotsu ramen

Was so full I had to walk home (slowly), lay down, sleep for two hours, then woke up and took three shyts

shytting for me slows up on keto so I sometimes drink slimatee at night to get things moving the next day

When I don’t do that, one high carb meal and all of a sudden I’m off to the John for multiple craps

When I don’t do that, one high carb meal and all of a sudden I’m off to the John for multiple craps
Chia seeds and flaxmeal will fix that problem for you. Get the blend bag. 2 tbsp is all that’s needs . I mix it with my oatmeal

I meant noatmeal
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk(I used almond breeze vanilla unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup hemp hearts
  • 1/8 cup flax meal
  • 1/8 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup of coconut flour(almond flour)
  • 2 tbsp of sweetener(I use swerve confectioners)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon(optional but give it flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract(optional)
  • 1 tbsp of butter(optional)
Pour the almond milk in a pot and let it heat to aboil. Combine the dry ingredients in a jar or close contained and shake it up. Once almond milk is hot and starts boiling, add the dry ingredients and stir while itbsimmers for about three minutes until it thickens like oatmeal.


That’s a basic recipe too. You can look up other flavorful noatmeal recipe on google or YouTube . But this stuff is golden especially with bacon or sausage in the side.. You won’t have have no problem pooping but it won’t be uncontrollable or unstoppable like diarrhea. Just normal healthy regulated bowels
Eat this in the morning. With some breakfastvside and you’ll have a great day

You ain’t getting no good fried chicken recipe in this diet lifestyle. There no real alternative for flour. Almond and coconut flour just don’t react the same in the grease








These are the best alternatives. I just made sure they were extra crispy

:mjlol:Yeah told you that so hopefully you wouldn’t have to go through that but I guess lesson learned. You want fried chicken then have a cheat meal. You can always get back in Keto the next couple of days
