I stopped Keto after I lost enough weight
Now I'm trying to lose more fat and gain more muscles
Any one of ya'll working out while on Keto?
Man that's the hardest part for me. I probably lift weights maybe twice a week now cuz my body just can't produce enough energy for more effort. I'm pretty much dragging my feet when I'm at the gym. I'm seeing results just off the diet alone, so it's not that necessary for me anyways.
