Time to go!!
So here is a pic of my keto results so far. Pic on the left is last September, right from last week or so.
I fukked up my knee in January and didn't start keto until I could walk again in late February. Started going to the gym March 22nd and haven't missed a day since, even it's only a 30-35 minute workout. Last December I got on the scale and I was 298. I don't know what I weight when I got back to the gym but on April 1st I was 278. May 1st, I was 264. I'll find out what I weigh this Saturday because I only weight myself once a month to avoid becoming obsessed with the number on the scale.
The last 3 or 4 weeks I've unintentionally switched to one meal a day because I'm simply not hungry but I stick to a keto based meal or a lot of times it's just meat. Since I started back in February I've only had 4 cheat meals and 3 of those were popcorn when I went to the movies. My ultimate goal is to get back down between 190-200 and I'm pretty sure I'll do that later this year.
