Quick results diet. Once I get to within 10 lbs of my weight loss goal I’m transition to the traditional calorie deficit of losing those last ten pound, that way My body can make a more easy transition out of Keto.

Not worried about gaining the weight back because after talking to a nutritionist i realize why I had the weight gain. I might not been eating meals but my job have vending machine with 1.25 dollar bottle sodas(name brad too. It off brand) and . 60 snacks. I was drinking. 2-3 soft drinks a days and 3 Twix/milky way/snickers a day. And then go home and eat a full course meal, and usually a McDonald’s or chick filat breakfast . I’m cutting out the bad habits

Ate beef (4 prime rib burgers 1.33lb with cheddar on each) yesterday, which I haven't really had in a min.

Not used to how heavy feeling the beef burgers sit in my stomach. My goto has either been chicken or Italian Sausage :dame:


18-24 Veggie tots with whatever protein I eat every day, fiber intake is great.


Might try eggs and bacon again for a min, it's been months since I really had that combo consistently.


Energy has been real good. Had 2 cheat days on easter weekend but back on track. I was up like 8-10llbs, the water is dropping back off and I'm looking flat :martin:

I will omit the cheat this week and suffer a bit, if I can even call it that. I been liking what I eat every day :blessed:


Gave my friend a easy keto diet to follow, but he'd rather try to eat rice and can tuna because he is a p*ssy :scust:

Did you ever hit it breh?
Yeah. Been hit it. Initially my goal was 175. I’m at 173 lbs. My new goal is to get to 165lbs. Once I started to subscribing to the other Keto dieters on YouTube and social media it got easier. I make a fat head pizza that lasts me two days. I make Keto ice cream everyday . And then every week I make a big pan of either Keto cookies(chocolate chip or snickerdoodles), Keto brownies, or Keto cake that lasts me a whole week.

That’s combined with my job really solidified this diet with quick positive results for me. I was intermittent fasting(8/16) but not so much anymore since I usually eat a Keto snack at night most nights but my main course eating is usually done before 4 pm.


Still losing 2-3 lbs a week. When I get off Keto Diet, I’ll still be incorporating some of the foods I used doing it. Like low carbs bread, and tortilla. I’ll probably still continue to make my own ice cream, and Keto fathead pizza

Joe Duff seems to be the best because his recipes don’t have a lot of complex ingredients. It still taste good. Plus his communication is really simple and thorough. He also posts the coming instructions and ingredient in the video description. Keto connect is a good one but they don’t list the ingredient in the description. After those two I just check related videos for stuff that might interest me, I don’t like to use a lot of artificial sweeteners. With joe duff he uses the stuff. I prefer to use like swerve confectioner or erythritol. He never have more than 54-5 ingredients. Anything more than that and I lose interest in the recipe. I’m not a great person in the kitchen so I don’t need no complex recipe with 10 ingredient and then half of them you really got to search for in untraditional markets that aren’t Giant or Safeway

I'ma have to check this Joe Duff cat out. I been rocking with the homie Goody Beats
Yeah I use his page mostly for the sweets. That’s like the one thing that’s typically a weakness in the Keto Diet. Dude make sweets that makes you forget you not using real sugar and he also loves chocolate like me.

Never heard of this Goody Beats. He on YouTube?

So here is a pic of my keto results so far. Pic on the left is last September, right from last week or so.


I fukked up my knee in January and didn't start keto until I could walk again in late February. Started going to the gym March 22nd and haven't missed a day since, even it's only a 30-35 minute workout. Last December I got on the scale and I was 298. I don't know what I weight when I got back to the gym but on April 1st I was 278. May 1st, I was 264. I'll find out what I weigh this Saturday because I only weight myself once a month to avoid becoming obsessed with the number on the scale.

The last 3 or 4 weeks I've unintentionally switched to one meal a day because I'm simply not hungry but I stick to a keto based meal or a lot of times it's just meat. Since I started back in February I've only had 4 cheat meals and 3 of those were popcorn when I went to the movies. My ultimate goal is to get back down between 190-200 and I'm pretty sure I'll do that later this year.
