Yooo you just put me into Pieology with this postits a couple near me I don’t have to make my own cauliflower crust pizza. I how this joint good. I’m try it this weekStill on Keto with OMAD (1500+ to 2000 cal meal) for the most part unless I get super hungry. If hunger happens I will just eat split keto meals up in the day, or have a 25 gram protein shake with a tbl spoon or 2 of EVOO for fat in the A.M. I have also been getting away with some chili with beans at times for extra fiber since I know what my carb threshold is. This might been the easiest "dieting" I have done. Keto works well for me, but this has been the easiest without worrying about meal planning and other shyt. I'm usually not even hungry until late evening, so I eat around 6-7pm. I'm working out less than 1hr with Max-OT (4-6 reps per set) and 30 mins cardio post workout for fat burning & more importantly heart health being 40.
Donated blood yesterday after the gym and my bp was 106/60 after a month on keto. I had chili and mad water preworkout so I didn't pass out or anything when donating. I'm usually fasted pre and post training. I was hungry today and ate a whole Walmart rotisserie chicken ($4.88) with boarshead gourmaise chipotle mayo (publix deli).
Will have mashed cauliflower (sour cream and chives) with some fatty meat, (pause) later on. The mashed cauli by birdseye been my saving grace. Can eat 2 whole boxes for dinner, but I just do one. Has about 9 grams of fiber total. I also use psyllium husk and get another 15+ a day.
My cheat meals are less wild if I have one. I ended up trying Cauliflower Crust Pizza from Pieology with various meats, shrooms and pesto instead of marinara. Carbs ain't even super crazy for the whole pizza, about 72 in total. My boy was super fat adapted, eating 2 a day, 3x a week and still in ketosis.
I didn't weigh in this week, but I know I'm down 15+ since Jan 5th. Another 2 months I should be lean (abbed up) enough to star in Baywatch 2

I'm 261 trying to drop down to 240,plus I walk all day at work and go to the gym the shyt should be a breeze
