I've heard that if you start off upping your potassium, magnesium and sodium, you shouldn't really experience any keto flu symptoms. That nauseous and groggy feeling comes from you pissing out your electrolytes.

Did Keto religiously last year for about 7 moths and dropped 60 pounds with no exercise at all (Was working full time in the day and full time student at night).
I laid off the diet and gained back 20 pounds.
Late last month I decided to get back on the diet but this time I've added exercise at least 3 times a week.
Right now I'm doing the diet the same exact way I did in the past (which I honest should adjust because my numbers were based on no exercise at all).
When I work out I run a mile and then lift weights concentrating on one area (arms one day, legs another, chest another, etc. you know the basic stuff already).
The tough part is I work full time in the day and part time at night (I'm running my own business part time until it generates enough income to be my full time job...I'm almost there) so the only time I have to workout is in the morning, so I'm in the gym at 5:30 am - 6:30 am.
Back when I did Keto the first time I just wanted to slim down, now I'm looking to slim down a bit and get toned. No major bulking up goals, I just want everything looking and feeling right.
This is my current situation. Friday was the 1st day I could get around on just 1 crutch so I went to the grocery store and got rid of my junk food over the weekend. Started keto today. I still can't workout though because I can't bend my knee cause I tore my PCL too. When I get off this other crutch I'm gonna start walking either on the treadmill or outside since I won't have bend my knee much.I just want to give it a go for about 6 weeks to cut. Gained some unnecessary weight during my ACL surgery recovery. Ate like shyt because it was more convenient.
I'm still hitting the gym, only cardio I can do is a bike. I just need to get focused on a better diet.
I mean....I'm pretty much almost there at this point. I'm doing Keto and eating mostly ground beef, eggs, some cheese, butter, and low carb (6 - 8 net carbs depending on the size) tortillas.Has anyone tried taking it to the next level and doing carnivore (meat only)? I've been seeing some interesting results from other people just doing animal based diets.
