Might need more fats, try upping your intake slightly (track it). Too low of a fat intake will lower libido in most men. Some people think they are getting enough fat and are not. It is common when people cut on conventional diets, they may lower the fat too much and have no sex drive, especially contest dieting.I have a noticable drop in libido since doing this.. is this normal brehs.. Yeah man. Not saying this is his case, but some people think keto is just not eating carbs. They will just end up eating chicken breast or some form of lean protein that doesn't have enough fat on it's own or with veggies and they have energy and/or libido issues.
Yeah I'm sure that's why most of the keto people I follow encourage eating fattier meats like ground beef, salmon and ribeye steaks. I went the lean meat route too at first, and was in a fog until I addressed the fats and electrolytes.
it's not a lifestyle it's just a means to an end for x amount of time.Been thinking about trying , I’m skeptical of that Keto Flu

thats the way i saw it. i did it for 3 months straight or thereabouts and i never had that issue. when i felt like i needed to eat carbs i did so for one day as usual but for the rest of the week it was back to the keto diet plan.
1 day out of 6 isn't going to derail you unless you go ahead and eat a fukking pizza and ice cream washed down with some sugar water fake store bought juice
don't think too much when doing the diet otherwise you'll make it harder for yourself.
on days that i couldn't handle it i ate upto 120g of carbs and all I gained was like 3 lbs of water weight which i lost 2 days later following the diet plan.
the key is consistency and not eating too much to bloat you.
