I have a noticable drop in libido since doing this.. is this normal brehs.. I need my dikk strong for the lady friend this weekend
Might need more fats, try upping your intake slightly (track it). Too low of a fat intake will lower libido in most men. Some people think they are getting enough fat and are not. It is common when people cut on conventional diets, they may lower the fat too much and have no sex drive, especially contest dieting.

Yeah man. Not saying this is his case, but some people think keto is just not eating carbs. They will just end up eating chicken breast or some form of lean protein that doesn't have enough fat on it's own or with veggies and they have energy and/or libido issues.

They end up adding in quality fats and things balance out. On conventional low carb or high carb diets most people would recommend keep fat at least 50 grams minimum per day to keep down the potential of things getting shytty. Some may experience a dip initially with traditional keto but it balances out.

Yeah I'm sure that's why most of the keto people I follow encourage eating fattier meats like ground beef, salmon and ribeye steaks. I went the lean meat route too at first, and was in a fog until I addressed the fats and electrolytes.

Yeah, chicken isn't really part of my diet - of course I eat it but not as much as I used to before doing Keto.

Too much protein isnt too good on Keto, moderate at best.

Been thinking about trying , I’m skeptical of that Keto Flu :sadcam:
it's not a lifestyle it's just a means to an end for x amount of time.

thats the way i saw it. i did it for 3 months straight or thereabouts and i never had that issue. when i felt like i needed to eat carbs i did so for one day as usual but for the rest of the week it was back to the keto diet plan.

1 day out of 6 isn't going to derail you unless you go ahead and eat a fukking pizza and ice cream washed down with some sugar water fake store bought juice

don't think too much when doing the diet otherwise you'll make it harder for yourself.

on days that i couldn't handle it i ate upto 120g of carbs and all I gained was like 3 lbs of water weight which i lost 2 days later following the diet plan.

the key is consistency and not eating too much to bloat you.

I just want to give it a go for about 6 weeks to cut. Gained some unnecessary weight during my ACL surgery recovery. :mjcry: Ate like shyt because it was more convenient.

I'm still hitting the gym, only cardio I can do is a bike. I just need to get focused on a better diet.
