Over the course of three days. I'm not eating 50 wings in one shot. Most I can do is 15-20 at one sitting. Plus that's my only meal of the day since I'm fasting.

About to hop on this but looking for slightly more protein intake to gain/keep muscle mass. (Work out 5 to 6 days a week)
Also gonna add IF too and do the refeed on weekends.

Ive managed to hit 2k cals only once and i been on bith IF and keto 4 days nowI'm not getting nowhere near the amount of calories i need. I should be getting 2k. But I'm getting 1200-1500. Not possible for me to get more in. And I been pissing out my ass,pause. Been on keto and IF since the 2nd. Feeling good though

Oh shyt lol. Nah i mean frequent urination. shyt ever since i did keto, i only shyt once a day compared to 3 times on carbs. I probably need to add a fiber supplement into my dietTMI but what i mean by pissing out my ass meaning diharea lol
