Nikka dont re-write the Rory and Mal sht. Joe agreed a percentage deal with them on contract. And didnt want to share the numbers with them for them to confirm they were getting what they should have.

This Flip sht sounds different. he is on a salary. He started doing things outside the contract for said salary.

Flip signed a contract. He then asked for a pay bump for specifically 3 months for w/e reason (out of the blue, not tied to any extra pod work). Im assuming it's to do with the tax stuff that's floating around. Joe agreed and gave it to him. 5 months go by when Joe/accountant notices the extra pay is still going on and stopped it, since it was only pose to be for 3 months. Flip is now mad that they went back to the original amount.
