Joe took a planned day off on Tue. (recording day for Wed. podcast), and didn’t tell any of his staff.

Forget about not telling the listeners in advance in some way because that’s whatever really. He failed to tell his own staff…they all showed up.

And this guy gets mad when people don’t want to take him seriously as some kind of business mind/leader.

He’s just addicted to the attention, good or bad. He likes to push people’s buttons - in hopes that they’ll be angry and miserable like he is - because he gets an ego boost off of those feelings towards him.

The podcast was floundering before Mal jumped on board. He’s far from the sole reason for its success or even the main reason but the dynamic between the three is what made the podcast get popping. I was a day 1 listener. Joe, Rory, Marissa combo was very meh. The highlights were Marissa telling her wild run ins with rappers. The Drake views rant got them some boost but it wasn’t sustainable. After Marissa left, the podcast was kinda just dead in the water until Mal came. These are facts

I might be remembering wrong, but wasn't one of Marissa's wild sex stories have to do with eating the azz of a Asap Rocky.

If you’re an original listener of the podcast, you know it was dead in the water before Mal became a full-time host. Everyone was tired of Marissa and Joe & Rory by themselves was awful. It was trash with no direction whatsoever.

People can say what they want, but Mal’s addition completely changed the trajectory of the show.

Had a pop when he started, his last few months he didn't offer anything. Maybe he can get his own podcast to pop.
