Israelis don't see themselves as the same as Palestinians. Same as the Nazis didn't see themselves as the same race as the Slavs of Russia in the example you keep bringing up. It's the reason why the Eastern front was way more costly in terms of human life than the western front. It was a war of annialation against a sub human slavs corrupted by Asians and Jews.

In the Barbarosa decree Hitler declared that the upcoming war against the Soviets would be a war of extermination, in which both the political and intellectual elites of Russia would be eradicated by German forces, in order to ensure a long-lasting German victory.

Ironically, the Barbarossa decree targeted at Slavs and Jews because they were seen as subhuman is the playbook employed by Israel against the Palestinians in 2024.

The war against Russia is an important chapter in the German nation's struggle for existence. It is the old battle of the Germanic against the Slavic people, of the defence of European culture against Muscovite-Asiatic inundation and of the repulse of Jewish Bolshevism. The objective of this battle must be the demolition of present-day Russia and must therefore be conducted with unprecedented severity. Every military action must be guided in planning and execution by an iron resolution to exterminate the enemy remorselessly and totally. In particular, no adherents of the contemporary Russian Bolshevik system are to be spared.[6]

You seem to be an alright breh who wants Biden to win for the greater good, don't corrupt your soul like the other Zionist bootlickers in defense of this repugnant Israeli regime.

Maj. Harrison Mann, a Jewish American working for the Defense Intelligence Agency, has resigned from the U.S. Army, citing the United States' "nearly unqualified support for the government of Israel," which he claims has "enabled and empowered the killing and starvation of tens of thousands of innocent Palestinians."

Mann, a 13-year U.S. Army veteran who worked in the Middle East bureau, sat down with CBS News senior national correspondent Jim Axelrod for his first television interview since resigning his post. Mann submitted his resignation in November, and his separation from the military became effective Monday.

More than six U.S. government officials have publicly resigned in protest of the United States' support for Israel's war, but Mann is the first from the military and intelligence community.

What's the deets of this new plan?
There's one floating around, but hamas countered it, so either both sides try and negotiate in good faith or it will be like last time and the offensive will continue.

Biden said the Israeli proposal was transmitted this week. The first phase would last six weeks and include the “withdrawal of Israeli forces from all populated areas of Gaza” and “release of a number of hostages, including women, the elderly, the wounded in exchange for the release of hundreds of Palestinian prisoners.”

He said Phase 2 would allow for the “exchange for the release of all remaining living hostages, including male soldiers.”

“And as long as Hamas lives up to its commitments, the temporary ceasefire would become, in the words of the Israeli proposals, ‘the cessation of hostilities permanently,’” Biden said.

In Phase 3, the president said, a “major reconstruction plan for Gaza would commence and any final remains of hostages who’ve been killed will be returned to their families.”

What did Hamas counter it with?

Hamas responded on Tuesday to a ceasefire proposal outlined by US President Joe Biden on 31 May, capping days of waiting for an official response from the group.

"The state of Qatar and the Arab Republic of Egypt announce that they have received today a response from [Hamas] and the Palestinian factions regarding the most recent proposal for a ceasefire deal and the exchange of prisoners and detainees," a statement from Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs read.

White House Spokesperson John Kirby said the US had received the response Hamas delivered to the mediators, and that the US was "working its way" through it.

"The response prioritises the interests of the Palestinian people and emphasises the need for a complete halt to the ongoing aggression in Gaza," Hamas and Islamic Jihad said in a joint statement.

They said they were ready to "engage positively to reach an agreement that puts an end to this war".

According to Reuters, Hamas's response includes a counter-proposal for a new timeline for the permanent ceasefire and withdrawal of Israeli troops from Gaza.

Qatar said in its statement that it would study the response with Egypt and coordinate with the parties.

The Wrong Side of the Tracks
"It appeared to have been carried out by Israeli forces using non-military vehicles, including a white Mercedes van, according to eyewitnesses, whose accounts tallied with videos analyzed by CNN. Eyewitnesses also said that they saw Israeli forces in disguise – dressed as Hamas fighters or civilians.

“They were dressed in military uniforms like resistance fighters, carrying helmets and wearing signs of the [Hamas] resistance, giving the impression to people that they were resistance fighters, but in reality, they were an Israeli special forces unit,” Khalil Al Tirawi, a local resident, told CNN.

The Israeli military denied using civilian vehicles, but declined to say whether the officers conducting the rescue were disguised as militants or dressed as Palestinian civilians. The Israeli military had previously used civilian clothing as a tactic in its operations."

Isn't that a war crime?
No. It would be if their goal were to attack/kill the enemy via subterfuge, but their goal was to rescue hostages making it a 'ruse of war'.....

An act of perfidy is committed when a person invokes the provisions of the Geneva Conventions that are meant for the protection of persons, with the intent to betray, kill, injure, or capture an adversary. For instance, the improper use of the emblem of the Red Cross or any other protective emblems, flags, or uniforms (used, e.g., to invite and then betray the adversary’s trust) is forbidden, as is the act of feigning illness or pretending to be a civilian or other non-combatant (API Arts. 37–39 and 44).
According to the study on the rules of customary international humanitarian law published by the ICRC in 2005 (customary IHL study), ruses of war are not prohibited as long as they do not infringe a rule of international humanitarian law (Rule 57 of the customary IHL study). Besides, it is prohibited to kill, injure, or capture an adversary by resorting to perfidy in international and non-international armed conflicts (Rule 65).
The international law of armed conflict makes a distinction between ruses of war, which are not prohibited, and perfidy. The perfidious use of the distinctive emblem of the Red Cross or any other protective signs recognized by the 1949 Geneva Conventions and their 1977 Additional Protocols is a war crime (API Art. 85.3; Rome Statute, Art. 8.2.b.vii).

If hamas doesn't accept this favorable framework that allows them to maintain their role, requires the IDf to adhere to ore 08 frameworks regarding occupation, and a commitment to rebuild Gaza backed by Israel's. Biggest partners we jsb to accept they're playing a zero sum game just like vivo.
