The nest is in a corner of my roof that is out of my reach. :snoop:
We were able to knock it down previously using the water hose. Im gonna have to get pest control out here to actually spray something.
how high is it? because the spectracide spray has a jet spray up to 27 ft.

I had to get my walls re-plastered after we found old wallpaper that had been plastered and painted over all through the living room and upstairs hall. That added on an additional $1700.

:mjcry:

Then, they were supposed to sand today, but they came yesterday, and I was at work. The guy is calling me asking where I was.

:gucci:

I had to call my sister to come to my job, get my keys, let them in, then go back when they finished. I got home from work, and the house is covered in dust like a snowstorm.

:damn:

I cleaned the dust in my room just to have a place to sleep, and said fukk it, because the contractor was coming today to clean up...THE DAY I TOOK OFF WORK TO BE HERE

He’s throwing in a free power wash for the inconvenience

I just noticed wasps flying into my loft today and it's right in the corner of the loft judging by the point they are entering. I will be paying somebody to deal with it :snoop:

The city shot down the permit twice but mine will be installed in 3 weeks :blessed: No more electric bill :wow:

No electric bill is awesome but I wasnt trying to put up the money to buy the panels, pay for installation, or insurance.

Still gotta pay the solar company for the electricity but at a very reduced cost w low fixed annual increases.

The lobbyists killing every incentive to install panels in alot states, so it's good to get in now and get your situation grandfathered in.

Yup, florida is cracking down thats why I had to fight with the city :smh: My crib isn't huge (1900sf) so I didn't need many panels. It didn't cost much and I love the fact that I can have electricity whenever :win: Once the install is finished I'm getting one of these https://www.tesla.com/powerwall

I wanted to go with that but State of CT doesn't allow you to draw power from it unless there is a power failure.

Also, with my setup since the solar panels aren't powering the house, we still subject to power outages. No net metering thanks to lobbyists.

The trees from the house behind me are hanging over my yard to the point one branch is about 3 feet from the back window. To put into perspective, it's so long, it hangs over the entire stretch of my backyard. I'm pretty sure it's a section 8 house, and the owner owns the two houses on either side, because he put his boats in the yard. Do I have to have them cut myself, or is that a violation, and can the city send them a notice?
