This current market is going to force me to down size or most likely look somewhere else. Can't make sense of paying 23% more on average for properties compared to 1-2 years ago. I shouldn't be complaining seeing that I sold my residential home for about 30% more than I originally paid without including cost of upgrades and fixes.

Maybe I should just build like my father has suggested. Anyone have experience in building their own house?

I'm doing an apartment in my backyard out of shipping containers...These nikkas gon be done in a few months. It genuinely seems easy for them. You just gotta know what you're doing.

The hardest part is getting the permits and architectural work done.

I need an electrician brehs :sadcam:

shyts gonna be expensive brehs :snoop:
Ask around...don't get a company...

there's plenty of guys that work for the companies but do it on the side...

Maybe call one out to get an "estimate" and tell the breh to come back on his own time and you'll pay him direct.

I may have a good dilemma soon fam

I bought my apartment less than a year ago and the same apartments are going for 50k more than what I paid. If the price goes up by another 15-20k I might think about selling that shyt :patrice:

What do you plan to do with the money once you do sell it
