Found a house ..... how do yall feel avout new constriction?

Frame with vinyl siding? It's rare to find new homes that are brick or concrete block. If it's real brick not face brick or concrete block it's all good :myman:

I thinking about selling my house and buying another one.

Neighborhood is gentrifying quickly and i honestly dont have the cash to do the renovations i wanted to do to it.

Original plan was to eventually rent it out because them white millennial earthy types love this area and are gentrifying the fukk out of it but im getting impatient.

Where you stay at?

I like concrete block, but not on a new construction purchase. But as a rehab project, yes.

And you can find all brick, new construction but you WILL pay for it.

My lawn looks a hot ass mess, gonna have professionals maintain it next year cuz I don't have the time.

1 year in the new house and wife is updating a bunch of shyt. I'm minimally involved to save my sanity and let her indulge in her hobby.

it'll slow down... just ride the wa

Oh, any tips on selecting a good pressure washer service for ya home? It's about that time...

hadn't really started the research yet, but just wondering if y'all have had any experiences with hiring a pressure washer and are there things you should look out for, steer clear of, etc...

Yeah I know. Only been here two years and the value had already climbed about 35 to $45K by most estimates.

I should be patient and ride it out but I wanna be elsewhere badly. We'll see. I'll give it another 2-3 years

My friend thinks u could cover my mortgage if I used my two guest rooms for air b&b in the meantime.

Found a house ..... how do yall feel avout new constriction?

you mean its a new build? You buying it before it gets built?

Ive done that for my last 2 houses here in Toronto

market may be completely different but I swear by it, at least as you build your career and move forward in life

not sure if it works the same way where you are, but up here, the construction usually is 1.5-2 years...you pay a deposit in the first couple months and the rest on close

excellent way to lock in a house now at todays prices and itll appreciate by the time you take possession. and the deposit requirements means increased financial flexibility
