How large is your family?
You've got plenty of room fam. Im sitting on 2,050 sqft so you're better off than me. Not married, no kids though so it feels like wayyyyyyy too much house. I'm sure most of you have families and what not so you need the room.
yeah its at the waters edge only one sided no extension to the water. I'll go out there and snap some pics a bit later to show you.is the dock right at the water's edge or does it extend into the water where if you're at the end of the dock you're out in the water?
edit: i really like shyt like this, but i'm in florida and avoid lakes (real or man-made) like a plague because you read/see stories all the time about gators casually coming into people's backyards and shyt. fukk that.
I aint built for the backyard fukkery of Florida. We have very venomous creatures out here in Cali, snakes and spiders mostly, but I don't have to worry about a modern dinosaur wandering in my backyard.

Yeah nearly 2400 is fine even with a couple of kids. 2400 as a single person probably would only hav 33% of the house used lol

You should. It's got a cup holder too. Just throw on some headphones and you are good. It takes me about 45 min ( maybe 30 if I really speed through it) to cut my lawn which is almost an acre.
With my push mower it would probably take me an hour and a half just to do half of it. I think I only cut the entire yard in one go one time with the push, never again.

Ah..nm. I don't need it I think..
It takes me 45 minutes, no edging or trimming, with a push mower on a 1/4 acre lot
Reason I hired the guy was cause he does the edging and trimming too
