Laughing at you n*ggaz like “ha ha ha”
if you have the time do it yourself...its much more satisfying. Everyone around me has lawn care services only me and 1 guy down the street does it himself. My first summer I had a service and it seemed like every other week they was saying I need to get this weed killer and that weed killer which cost more money(the company i bought the house from didnt keep the lawn together so it was dandelions and weeds all over the place.) They eventually just ended up burning my grass from putting so many weed killers on my lawn. Now I have one of the best looking lawns on the block. And keep in mind depending on the size of your lawn it can cost on the low end(at least here) give or take $100 a month. when you ffirst buy a house getting furniture, window ttreatments, appliances, etc that extra 100 u saving can go to getting the crib right
True, we're kind of in a similar situation where the seller didn't maintain the yard at all so it needs a tremendous amount of work to get done. It needs tree trimming, weed removal, aeration, lawn services, basically everything. I just found a Latino breh, Jose, who is gonna get it done for the low...I already had him cut the grass yesterday
I do wanna DIY for some of the yard stuff but because of the condition it's in I do want professional consultation to make sure it's being done right
