I'm discouraged by the whole thing process to be honest. I feel it would have been more rewarding if I purchased "traditionally", like with a man and the whole family thing rather than solo. It's overwhelming by yourself and it can be a constant reminder about being alone. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't.Any prospective buyers discouraged at the current market? I've been watching the local market for about 5 years. It seems inventory has gotten really low and prices are going up fast. The inventory Im having to sift through is definitely not at the quality I expected. I know some brehs that bought at the bottom of the market during the recession who got straight STEALS! Salute to the brehs and brehettes that were able to capitalize off the 2008-2013 prices.
